The MoMA Design Store accepts returns for most items in their original packaging within 90 days of purchase, provided they are accompanied by a valid receipt. We strive to ensure your curated home selections meet the highest standards of modern design and quality.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer's packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the original packing slip included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
