For Monet, the beloved Impressionist and his Water Lilies (1914–16)—a work in MoMA’s collection—are the inspirations behind this special Little People Collector™ figure set. Monet’s use of color and light is reimagined in the Little People style, with one figure being the artist himself and the other figure a canvas that puts Monet into the vibrant piece of art that he created.Â
For DalĂ, one figure is an interpretive, playful self-portrait of the artist with exaggerated features. The other takes themes and signature elements from DalĂ’s famous painting The Persistence of Memory (1931)—a work in MoMA’s collection—and becomes a figure of art. Each figure is made of plastic and measures 2.75"h.
